What we collect

Morning Dashboard is a personal productivity tool. It accesses the following data solely to display it within your private dashboard:

Gmail messages (read-only) — to surface actionable emails
Google Tasks — to display and manage your task lists
Google Drive activity — to show recent file changes

How we use it

Your data is fetched on-demand and cached temporarily on your own server. It is never shared with third parties, never sold, and never used for advertising or analytics.

Storage

OAuth tokens are stored in an environment file on your private server. Cached data is stored in a local SQLite database. No data is sent to external services beyond the Google APIs required to fetch your information.

Data deletion

You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions. All cached data is deleted when the local database is cleared.
